When someone get victimised suddenly, he or she gets shocked and traumatised. It makes them mentally and physically paralised which impacts badly on their wounds, or losses. So, it’s extremely important to control the trauma and think on ‘what next’. Also, it’s important to get out of this trauma in the long run to make sure it doesn’t be bad for your future life. We train on several aspects of trauma, their psychological impact on our health and ways to get out of it.
