When it comes to self-defense, you have to rely on your mind and body. Yes, our mind is more powerful weapon than our body and thus we don’t just focus on physical preparation. Controlling your fear, preparing mentally for a defense, choosing the most appropriate technique, keeping a Plan B to escape etc. are some of the parts of mind preparation and we spend enough time and effort on making you well able to handle all these perfectly and quickly. Being a mix-martial art organisation, of course we also focus thorough preparation for your body.
